“If we calculate it, Barantum helps with about 80% of our work,” said Angela. One of the most useful features is the Meetings feature, which allows the sales team to schedule their appointments for the upcoming week every Friday. This helps supervisors monitor progress and plan client acquisition strategies more effectively.
In addition, the Deals feature has become a key tool in improving team efficiency. “We can monitor all ongoing projects without using manual spreadsheets. We can just download the data summary,” Angela explained.
With a more structured system, tasks that previously took a lot of time can now be completed more quickly and accurately.
Revenue Increased by Up to 30%
The productivity boost supported by Barantum has directly contributed to Summitech’s business growth. Over the past year, their revenue has increased by up to 30% compared to the previous year.
“Now the sales team can clearly see their targets. With the Target Setting feature in Barantum, they know exactly what percentage they still need to reach this month, or how many more companies they need to visit. Previously it was more like a hit-and-run — they’d visit but wouldn’t follow up. Now everything is more organized,” Angela said.
One of the biggest impacts has been the sales team’s improved ability to retain customers. “If we notice a client hasn’t placed an order in three months, our sales team can follow up and offer products again,” she added.
This has allowed Summitech to retain and acquire clients more effectively.
